Item # 3254  -  Two (2) Large Capacity Salt Austemper/Martemper Lines:

Two 1980 Ajax Electric Salt Bath Heat Treating Lines, used for Martempering, but also
capable of Austempering, Throughputs are:
Line #1:  2,100 lb/hr, 290 kW, 460V/3Ph/60Hz, 240 kW Quench, 130 kW Temper
Line #2:  2,400 lb/hr, 330 kW, 460V/3Ph/60Hz, 130 kW Quench, 130 kW Temper
Both have:  Quench Tanks, Includes Automated hoist with 1,000 lb lift, Austenitizing
              Furnace, 2 Station Quench Furnace with quench arm, High Temp, Temper,
              Wash Rinse Tank, Air Cool, Enclosure, Load/Unload.  Full Automation.
There are many spare with these 2 lines including alloy fixturing and
spare  transformers for the Hi Heat Furnace.

Ajax Salt furnace, 900ºF, 7'L x 3'W x 5'Deep, "Excellent Condition",
with Quench Tank that is 5' Diameter x approx. 7' Deep.
